Here are some suggestion ,which maybe some help.To start with you should cover your mouth with a napkin whtn you cough re sneeze.What is more ,you'd better stay home away from the public place if possible, if you have to,please wear a mask.And check the bodies on time .If you feel not very well you'd better see doctor immediately.
